The Challenge

KPI Partners wanted to send personalised Diwali gifts to multiple employees across Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and other locations. But this wasn’t a standard order.

Using our redeem pages, each employee could choose their own electronics (Xech Blender, Portronic Volt Clock, or Boat Headphones) and select a hoodie in their size (S to XXXL). That meant tracking 6 different variations with precise size and product matching for every single person.

Oh, and they gave us the final data on the 5th. The office event? The 16th. That’s 11 days to procure, match, pack, and deliver 400 personalised gift sets.

What We Built

Personalised gift sets with recipient choice:

• Electronics selection – Xech Blender, Portronic Volt Clock, or Boat Headphones
• Custom hoodies – Sizes S to XXXL, chosen by each recipient

Everything coordinated across 4 cities with individual name labels and precise matching.

Then the Vendor Delayed

Just when we had everything mapped out, the hoodie vendor delivered only 190 pieces and said they couldn’t fulfil the rest.

Our timeline? Already razor-thin at 11 days.

We didn’t accept it. Our team pushed back hard and ensured the vendor delivered every single piece we needed.

While managing the vendor crisis, we maintained our meticulous packing process: match the hoodie size, pair with the correct electronic choice, and verify the recipient’s name label matches the bill. Every single box had to be perfect.

The result? All 400 personalised gift sets were delivered on time across 4 cities. Not a single delay.

The Results
